The distinguished theater scholar, author of an exceptional monograph on the history of theater in Košice, Tibor Ferko, has passed away.
 The National Theatre Košice received with deep sorrow the news of the passing of Tibor Ferko, a long-time Košice journalist, theater scholar, writer, theater and television dramaturge, who left us forever on February 17 at the age of 92.

Vlasta Pačajová has passed away.
The National Theatre Košice received with deep sorrow the news of the passing of one of the great personalities in the history of Košice theatre, Mrs. Vlasta Pačajová (née Potášová), a long-time soloist and member of the ballet ensemble, as well as a long-time prompter in drama, whose heart stopped beating on February 22, 2024, at the age of 87.
