An original Slovak play dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Slovak professional theater
The production called Borodáč is a part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the professional theater in Slovakia. Janko Borodáč belongs to the important founding personalities of the Slovak professional theater and is inextricably linked with the establishment of the Slovak National Theater but also with the State Theater in Košice. Turbulent professional as well as personal life is an important look at the history of Slovak theater, politics, thinking about culture, thinking about ethics and aesthetics between 1920 and 1980.
